 Carlos Sainz has committed his future to Williams after agreeing a new multi-year contract with the Formula 1 team.

Sainz joined Williams after leaving Ferrari and has since become an important part of the team's rebuilding project.

The decision comes despite Williams experiencing a difficult 2026 campaign.

Rather than looking for a move elsewhere, Sainz has chosen to remain with Williams and continue working towards the team's long-term ambitions.
